1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Colorado Home Protection CRM platform ("CRM," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The CRM is operated by Colorado Home Protection, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The CHP CRM is a proprietary internal platform designed exclusively for authorized Colorado Home Protection agents, administrators, and affiliated personnel. It provides lead management, client tracking, call scripting tools, AI-powered underwriting guidance (via CarrierIQ), live call coaching, and related sales operations functionality.

3. Authorized Use Only

Access to the CRM is granted solely to individuals authorized by Colorado Home Protection. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share credentials, allow unauthorized access, or use the platform for any purpose outside your authorized role. Unauthorized access or misuse will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

4. Data Handling Responsibilities

You are responsible for handling all client and lead data entered into the CRM in accordance with applicable federal and state law. You agree to:

• Enter only information you are authorized to collect and process.
• Not enter a client's full legal name alongside sensitive health information — use initials or a partial identifier (e.g., "J.S." or "John S.").
• Comply with all applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) and any applicable insurance regulations.
• Report any suspected data breach or unauthorized access immediately to your administrator.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content in the CRM — including carrier match recommendations, underwriting guidance, and live call coaching — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a formal underwriting decision, legal advice, or a guarantee of coverage. You are responsible for independently verifying all AI output before acting on it or representing it to clients.

6. Confidentiality

All information within the CRM — including lead data, client records, carrier guidelines, scripts, and business processes — is proprietary and confidential. You may not disclose, copy, or transmit this information outside of your authorized role without written consent from Colorado Home Protection.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access data belonging to other agents without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract any part of the platform or its AI models.
• Use the platform for any purpose unrelated to your role at Colorado Home Protection.
• Circumvent any security controls or access restrictions.

8. Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated at any time by Colorado Home Protection for any reason, including separation from the company, policy violations, or inactivity. Upon termination, your access to all data within the CRM ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorado Home Protection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the CRM. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
